It’s a lot for a little boy of only five summers to take in, but Graeme managed to handle it brilliantly. What a time we all had.

From time to time I think it’s a good practice to film your strokes on the tennis court. It’s the only way you can really see how much progress you’re making with your technique (or lack of progress for that matter).
The above is a quick excerpt from a hitting session with one of my regular hitting partners- John Strickland. I can immediately see some problems with my late backhand and pulling my head out of the shot! Then there’s that whole 42 year-old movement issue… but we’ll save that for another post (or book).
